About the Role

We're looking for an exceptionally talented Graphic Designer with an outstanding eye for aesthetics, a sharp attention to detail, and the ability to turn creative briefs into exceptional design.

You'll work closely with our Creative Director, who will provide high-level creative direction. From there, we expect you to take ownership — think independently, solve design challenges, and deliver outstanding work without constant supervision.

What You'll Do

- Translate creative briefs into visually compelling, polished designs.
- Own the design process from concept to final execution.
- Design beautiful, intuitive website interfaces, landing pages, presentations, and digital experiences.
- Create motion graphics and animations that elevate the creative output.
- Work with the Creative Director to bring ideas to life with minimal hand-holding.
- Maintain exceptional attention to typography, composition, colour, spacing, and visual consistency.
- Work across different creative formats and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.

What We're Looking For

- Exceptional aesthetic sensibility: An instinctive understanding of what makes design beautiful.
- Strong UI design skills: Ability to create sophisticated, visually engaging digital interfaces. UX knowledge is a plus.
- Independent creative thinking: Someone who can understand a brief, crack it, and execute it end-to-end.




- Obsessive attention to detail: Nothing goes out unless it's pixel-perfect.
- Technical versatility: Robust command of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion design tools such as After Effects.
- Web design capability: Experience with Framer or the ability and willingness to learn it quickly.
- Adaptability: Curiosity to explore AI-powered creative tools, new technologies, and evolving design workflows.
