Role Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Design & Video Editing Executive who is passionate about creating elegant visuals and compelling narratives. You will be responsible for designing digital and print assets and editing videos for social media, campaigns, and internal brand communications.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

- Design static creatives for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, WhatsApp communications, and clinic screens.
- Create visual assets for brochures, flyers, signage, product packaging, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to translate ideas into visually impactful designs.

Video Editing

- Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Testimonials, BTS) for Instagram and YouTube.
- Cut and polish long-form content like interviews, educational sessions,



or expert talks.
- Add animations, transitions, subtitles, and branding elements as required.
- Work closely with photographers and videographers to ensure footage is optimized for ALIV’s brand tone.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in a graphic/video design role—preferably in wellness, lifestyle, beauty, or premium consumer brands.
- Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
- Strong aesthetic sensibility with attention to detail, color balance, typography, and layout.
- Comfortable working with social media formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific guidelines.

Preferred Skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects on tight timelines.
- Familiarity with Canva and mobile editing tools like CapCut/InShot for quick-turnaround needs.
- Experience in motion graphics or basic animation is a plus.
- Up-to-date with current design and video trends in the wellness and luxury segments.
