Responsible for overseeing all administrative functions, including inventory management, facility management, vendor management, infrastructure projects, expat management, and procurement. The role ensures operational efficiency, compliance and cost-effectiveness across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
- Help design and implement programs for housekeeping, cafeteria, mailroom, and event management.
- Assist in tracking inventory levels of office supplies and equipment to maintain optimal stock.
- Assist in maintaining accurate documentation for audits, compliance, and record management.
- Assist in maintaining records required for SEZ compliance
- Support invoice verification and documentation, payment processing (maker level)

- Excel Skills:
Proficient in data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, etc.
- Data Presentation: Capability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually informative manner for decision-making.
