Key Responsibilities

- Research government departments, PSUs, and upcoming tender opportunities.
- Learn to navigate GeM and various government e-tendering portals.
- Assist in preparing tender documents, bid submissions, and supporting paperwork.
- Review tender notices and understand eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and financial requirements.
- Maintain tender records, submission deadlines, and documentation trackers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect the documents required for bid submissions.
- Assist in preparing compliance checklists and ensuring documentation accuracy.
- Track tender updates, corrigenda, deadlines, and bid status.
- Support the team in identifying relevant government business opportunities.
