Devsatva LLP is an AI-native data engineering and analytics consultancy. We build real-time data pipelines, agentic AI workflows, and MarTech automation for clients including Singapore Airlines, Unilever India, and Billabong High. We’re a small, senior team — you’ll own problems end to end.

The role

We’re building Google Workspace–based inventory and order management tooling for sellers operating across Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplaces. Think: live inventory syncing across channels, order and settlement reconciliation, low-stock and overselling alerts, bulk listing updates — all driven from Sheets that operations teams can actually use day to day.

You’ll be the person who makes those systems reliable. Marketplace APIs are rate-limited, inconsistent, and occasionally hostile; the job is to build around that so the warehouse team never sees a stale number.

What you’ll do

- Build inventory sync engines in Apps Script that keep stock levels accurate across Amazon, Walmart, and other sales channels
- Integrate marketplace APIs — Amazon SP-API, Walmart Marketplace API, and others — handling auth, pagination, throttling, and retries
- Automate order ingestion, fulfilment status updates, returns, and settlement reconciliation into Sheets and BigQuery
- Build bulk listing and price update workflows, including feed submission and status polling
- Set up alerting for stockouts, overselling risk, failed feeds,



and API errors — so problems surface before clients notice
- Design around Apps Script’s execution limits: batching, time-driven triggers, resumable jobs, caching
- Work with our data engineers to graduate mature automations into the wider pipeline

What we’re looking for

- 1+ years of hands-on Google Apps Script experience (share examples or a repo)
- Robust JavaScript fundamentals — ES6+, async patterns, clean modular code
- Real experience consuming REST APIs: OAuth 2.0, signed requests, pagination, rate limits, idempotency
- Deep Google Sheets knowledge — formulas, named ranges, data validation, and where it starts to break at scale
- Understanding of Apps Script quotas and execution limits, and how to design systems that survive them
- Git, and the habit of using it

Strongly preferred

- Prior work with Amazon SP-API, Walmart Marketplace API, Shopify, or similar ecommerce platforms
- Familiarity with ecommerce operations concepts: SKU mapping, FBA vs FBM, multi-warehouse stock, ASINs, feeds, buy box
- BigQuery or Looker Studio for reporting on top of the operational data

Nice to have

- clasp and a local development workflow
- Python for anything that outgrows Apps Script
- Google Cloud Platform exposure
