THE ROLE & WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Please note: This is a commercial growth and business development role. It is not a court practice, litigation, legal drafting, or document-review position.

We are hiring ambitious Law Graduates (LL.B. / B.A. LL.B.), early-career legal professionals, and corporate services graduates who are interested in building a career on the commercial and international business development side of the legal and professional services industry.

As an Associate, you will support international corporate outreach, engage senior managing partners and professional firms, develop global partnerships, and help coordinate cross-border legal business corridors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Research and identify law firms and professional services firms across international markets.
- Identify and qualify prospective partner firms and senior professionals.
- Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, email, and calls.
- Engage managing partners, founders, directors, and other senior professionals.
- Support international partnership and membership development.




- Manage outreach pipelines, follow-ups, and prospect records.
- Assist with the development and coordination of cross-border legal business corridors.
- Support international partner activations, programs, and events.

KEY COMPETENCIES

- Professional Judgment & Communication: Excellent professional written and spoken English, with the confidence to communicate effectively with senior international professionals.
- Domain Familiarity: A foundational understanding of corporate terminology, legal services, global business, or international professional advisory environments.
- Business Development Ability: Strong research, prospecting, communication, and follow-up skills, with an interest in international relationship development.
- Startup Maturity: Ability to work independently within a lean 3-to-5 person team, manage responsibilities with limited supervision, and coordinate international outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls.

STRUCTURE & GROWTH TRACK
- Work Setup: Full-time, paid, and based entirely from our office in Greater Kailash-2, South Delhi.
- Working Week: Six-day working structure with the 2nd and 4th Saturdays off.
- Training & Progression: The role begins with a structured training and performance assessment period. Career progression is based on demonstrated performance and achievement of defined responsibilities and milestones.
