Duties & Responsibilities:

- Process intercompany cost recharges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process vendor invoices accurately, ensuring correct GL coding, cost allocation, and tax treatment.
- Managed the process of issuing invoices.
- Prepare, review, and reconcile monthly VAT returns in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of fixed assets in the asset register.
- Calculate and post monthly depreciation for fixed assets.
- Import, review, and reconcile monthly corporate credit card transactions.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and auditors to ensure accurate financial records and compliance.
- Book banks transactions and FX deals in the local ERP.
- Prepare and book the costs and revenue accruals.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.




- Prior experience or knowledge of the maritime industry is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of intercompany accounting, fixed assets, and VAT.
- Proficiency in accounting systems and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a multi-entity workplace.

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
