1. Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate German Language Tutor with advanced proficiency at the C1 level to train students in German language skills, prepare them for internationally recognized German proficiency examinations, and support their academic and career goals in Germany.
1. Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct German language classes from intermediate to advanced levels, with a focus on B2 and C1.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, worksheets, and practice activities.
- Train students in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Prepare students for examinations such as Goethe-Zertifikat C1, telc C1, and other relevant German proficiency tests.
- Conduct mock tests, assessments, and regular performance evaluations.
- Provide individual attention and additional support to students who require improvement.
- Monitor student attendance, academic progress, and examination readiness.
- Maintain student performance records and submit regular academic reports to the management.
- Ensure students achieve the required academic targets and maintain high pass percentages.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to students regarding their progress.
- Stay updated on German language teaching methodologies and examination patterns.
- Coordinate with the academic team and Head of Department to ensure smooth academic operations.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and academic development activities.

1. Qualifications and Requirements





- C1 or higher proficiency in German; C2 proficiency is an added advantage.
- Relevant German language certification, preferably Goethe, telc, TestDaF, or an equivalent qualification.
- Bachelor's degree in German, German language studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in teaching German, especially at B2 and C1 levels, is preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Good knowledge of German grammar, vocabulary, and examination formats.
- Ability to motivate students and support learners with different proficiency levels.
- Basic computer skills for online teaching, assessments, and academic reporting.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Student examination pass percentage and academic performance.
- Completion of the syllabus within the scheduled timeline.
- Student attendance, engagement, and retention.
- Improvement in students' speaking, writing, listening, and reading skills.
- Timely completion of assessments, mock tests, and academic reports.
- Student feedback and satisfaction.
- Achievement of academic targets set by the management.

1. Reporting and Accountability

- Report directly to the Head of Department (HOD) or Academic Manager.
- Submit regular class updates, attendance records, and student performance reports.
- Inform the academic team about students requiring additional support.
- Follow the company's academic policies, schedules, and professional standards.

Expected Outcome: To deliver high-quality German language training, help students achieve C1 proficiency, and prepare them for successful examination results and future opportunities in Germany. Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
