Roles &

- Responsibilities The Consultant shall perform the following duties with professional diligence and to the best of their abilities:

1. Candidate Success &
- Exam Readiness

- Taking full responsibility for the learning outcomes and ensuring 100% success of each assigned candidate in clearing the Goethe B1 exam, with a minimum score of 90% on the first attempt.

1. Class Delivery &
- Student Management

- Conducting classes on time and maintaining discipline among all students.

1. Lesson Planning &
- Pedagogy

- Preparing and submitting lesson plans at least 10 days prior to the scheduled class.

- Incorporating cutting-edge, engaging teaching methods to enhance language learning.

1. Content Development

- Creating online learning content, including worksheets, assignments, assessments, and external reference links for MB Academy.

1. Record Keeping &
- Assessments

- Updating daily attendance on the designated Google Sheet.

- Conducting and recording weekly assessments for all candidates.

1. Student Support &
- Remedial Planning





- Identifying weaker candidates and designing remedial or additional classes to support their progress.

1. Syllabus Completion

- Ensuring completion of the syllabus strictly within the prescribed timelines.

1. External Assessments

- Conducting A1, A2, and B1 level assessments for other batches of MB and its partner organizations.

- This may include travel to Partner Training Centres.

1. Parent Communication

- Updating parents on the performance and progress of each candidate wherever required.

1. Team Coordination

- Coordinating with the Lead German Language Trainer and other GLTs to ensure smooth and effective delivery of classes.

1. Counselling

- Providing continuous counselling support to weaker candidates to ensure learning continuity.

1. Miscellaneous Responsibilities

- Performing any additional tasks related to training, assessments, or student management as reasonably assigned by the Company.
