Are you a Geotechnical Engineer with hands-on site experience and a passion for advanced numerical modelling and engineering technology?

Optum CE India is looking for a talented skilled who can bridge the gap between real-world geotechnical engineering challenges, FEM-based analysis, and Python-driven automation.

? Educational Qualification

- M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Geotechnical Engineering or an equivalent specialisation from any IIT.

- ? Experience & Technical Requirements

- Site Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in geotechnical site investigation, field and laboratory testing, and handling real-world geotechnical execution challenges.
- FEM Experience (Desirable): Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with any FEM-based Geotechnical Analysis Tool.
- Python Programming (Desirable): Knowledge of the Python programming language for automation, scripting, and customised plugin development to address specific engineering and user requirements.
- Strong fundamentals in soil mechanics, foundation engineering, geotechnical investigation, and interpretation of soil parameters.
- Candidates belonging to North India will be preferred.

? Key Roles & Responsibilities

✅ Conduct pre-sales product demonstrations, technical presentations, workshops,



and training sessions for prospective clients.

✅ Provide post-sales technical training and application support to existing users.

✅ Connect real-world site conditions and geotechnical investigation data with numerical modelling and engineering analysis.

✅ Develop customised Python-based plugins and automation tools to address client requirements and engineering workflows.

✅ Prepare technical presentations, validation documents, engineering case studies, tutorials, hands-on training materials, and YouTube videos.

✅ Demonstrate FEM-based applications in foundations, deep excavations, slope stability, embankments, tunnels, seepage, consolidation, and settlement analysis.
