SkillTect Technologies is looking for experienced AI Agent Developers with strong hands-on expertise in Google ADK, Vertex AI, Gemini, and agentic AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK), Vertex AI, and Gemini models.
- Build multi-agent systems using sequential, parallel, hierarchical, planner-executor, and supervisor-worker patterns.
- Develop RAG-based applications using vector databases, embeddings, and enterprise knowledge sources.
- Implement prompt engineering, structured outputs, function calling, tool integrations, and context/memory management.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise APIs, databases, and external tools.
- Deploy and optimize AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, observability, guardrails, and performance optimization for production-ready AI applications.
Required Skills
- Minimum 6+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google ADK, Vertex AI, and Gemini.
- Expertise in Python and agentic AI development.
- Experience building multi-agent workflows and RAG pipelines.
- Knowledge of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and API/tool integrations.
- Experience with GCP deployment and production-grade AI applications.
Good to Have
- Experience with Vertex AI Agent Engine.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
- Knowledge of MCP, LLMOps, CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and AI safety guardrails.
