Role Description The Generalist role at Wildfloc Adventures is a full-time, on-site position based in Srinagar. You will be directly working with the founders and this role involves supporting daily operations across multiple functions, such as coordinating adventure listings, assisting with traveler inquiries, and working closely with service providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. The Generalist will help maintain platform content, track basic performance metrics, and support marketing and community engagement activities as needed.
The role also includes administrative tasks,
collaborating with the core team on process improvements, and contributing ideas to enhance the overall traveler and provider ex perience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle diverse tasks and responsibilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with travelers, service providers, and team members.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools and online platforms; comfort with learning new software and workflows.
- Ability to work on-site in Srinagar, with a proactive, flexible approach to supporting different business functions.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to follow through on tasks independently.
- Interest in travel, adventure, or outdoor experiences; prior experience in travel, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
- Relevant startup experience in operations, administration, or a related field is a plus.
Compensation
- Based on relevant experience the range is INR 20-30k per month + ESOPs
