C5i is developing next-generation Generative AI and LLM solutions and is looking for a Lead Generative AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of production-ready AI systems. This role is ideal for candidates with extensive experience in LLMs, prompt engineering, AI agent workflows, and end-to-end GenAI implementations.

Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of GenAI/ML solutions in production.
- Deliver end-to-end Generative AI implementations (minimum 3 projects).
- Build and optimize LLM-based solutions, including prompt engineering and AI agent workflows.
- Develop RAG pipelines using vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement scalable AI solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions follow best practices for architecture, performance, and scalability.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) to deploy and manage AI models.
- Process and analyze large datasets using SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark.
- Contribute to solution design (HLD/LLD)



and provide technical leadership for AI initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying GenAI/ML solutions
- Proven experience delivering 3 or more end-to-end Generative AI implementations in production
- Solid experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Prompt Engineering
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and building AI agent workflows
- Experience designing RAG pipelines using Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, or similar)
- Strong programming skills in Python (minimum 3 years); familiarity with R or SQL is a plus
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
- Experience with data processing tools such as SQL, Pandas, or Apache Spark
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and business intelligence best practices
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience interacting with global stakeholders and multi-location teams
