Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient management of staff, inventory, and customer service.
2. Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and achieve business objectives.
3. Team Management: Lead, motivate, and train a team of sales associates, supervisors, and support staff to enhance performance and customer satisfaction.
4. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and optimize stock replenishment to minimize waste and maximize sales.
5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure visually appealing store displays, window displays, and promotional materials to attract customers and promote sales.
6. Customer Service: Foster a customer-centric culture, handle customer complaints, and implement measures to improve customer satisfaction.
7. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and mitigate potential risks.

Requirements
1.



Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
2. Experience: 10+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the textile industry.
3. Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
4. Knowledge: Familiarity with retail operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising principles.

Preferred Qualifications

1. MBA or PGDM: Postgraduate degree in Business Administration or Management.
2. Textile Industry Experience: Experience working in the textile industry, preferably in a retail or sales role.
3. Knowledge of Local Market: Familiarity with the local market, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
