Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and dependable General Maintenance Technician to handle day-to-day maintenance activities, repairs, and preventive maintenance across our property. The ideal candidate should have practical experience in electrical work, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance to ensure all facilities remain protected, functional, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine electrical repairs, including lighting, switches, wiring, fans, and minor electrical faults.
- Inspect, service, and troubleshoot air conditioning units to maintain proper cooling and performance.
- Handle plumbing work, including water leakage, pipe repairs, taps, flush tanks, drainage, and water supply issues.
- Carry out general building maintenance, including doors, locks, fittings, furniture, and minor civil repairs.
- Identify maintenance issues proactively and complete repairs within the required timeframe.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms, common areas, equipment, and utility facilities.
- Coordinate with external technicians and vendors for major repairs and servicing.




- Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, repair work, and spare parts used.
- Ensure all maintenance work follows safety standards and company procedures.
- Respond promptly to maintenance complaints and emergency repair requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- ITI or relevant technical qualification in Electrical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade is preferred.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in building, hotel, resort, apartment, or facility maintenance.
- Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and AC maintenance.
- Ability to identify faults and resolve routine technical issues independently.
- Good problem-solving skills and a responsible approach to work.
- Ability to coordinate with management and complete assigned tasks on time.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts or attend urgent maintenance calls when required.
