A gardener maintains, cultivates, and beautifies outdoor green spaces, parks, residential yards, or commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Plant Care: Plant, transplant, water, fertilize, and prune flowers, shrubs, trees, and lawns.

- Maintenance: Mow grass, edge borders, trim hedges, and explicit debris or fallen leaves.

- Weed and Pest Control: Identify and remove invasive weeds, and apply safe pest or disease treatments.

- Equipment Operation: Use and perform basic maintenance on tools like lawnmowers, trimmers, leaf blowers, and shears.

- Soil and Irrigation Management: Monitor or adjust sprinkler/irrigation systems and test soil health or nutrients.

Qualifications & Skills

- Education: 10th or above

- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping.

- Physical Fitness: Stamina for heavy lifting, digging, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.

- Stock Maintenance: Take stock of plants and assist logistics

Pay: ₹400.00 - ₹480.00 per day
