We are looking for an experienced Game Zone Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the smooth functioning of all gaming activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the game zone and gaming activities.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the team effectively.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor game equipment, maintenance, safety, and hygiene.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and shift management.
- Monitor revenue, daily sales, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
Requirements
- Prior experience in managing a game zone, gaming arcade, or entertainment center.
- Proven experience in team management and daily operations.
- Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to handle operational challenges.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and ensure smooth business operations.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
