About the Role

We are looking for a Furniture Store Team Member to join our retail team and assist customers in selecting furniture, plywood and related products. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and preferably experience in furniture, plywood, interiors, hardware or a similar retail environment.

This is an in-store sales role requiring the candidate to interact directly with customers, understand their requirements, explain products and prices, and help convert enquiries into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the furniture store.
- Explain furniture, plywood and related product specifications, features and pricing.
- Generate and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Negotiate with customers within approved pricing limits.




- Convert walk-in enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Stay informed about available products, sizes, materials, finishes and pricing.
- Support other day-to-day showroom and sales activities as required.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum education: Class 12th pass.
- Experience: 1–5 years in sales, preferably in: Furniture, Plywood, Interior products, Building materials, Hardware, Home furnishings
- Positive verbal communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable working in a physical showroom/store environment.
- Should be locally based or able to conveniently commute to the store.

Compensation ₹15,000–₹18,000 per month, depending on relevant experience and suitability for the role.
