- Find companies and foundations with CSR budgets that fit our projects
- Write concept notes, proposals and short pitch decks
- Draft outreach emails and letters to CSR heads and decision makers
- Keep a simple tracker of leads, meetings and follow-ups
- Join partner calls when needed and report progress weekly
- Adapt each proposal to the funder's CSR policy and Schedule VII areas
Expectations 5+ years in CSR, fundraising, grant writing or NGO partnerships
- Strong written English, and Hindi or Gujarati is a plus
- Knows how CSR budgets, approvals and reporting work in India
- Existing contacts in corporate CSR teams
- Can show 23 past proposals, and funds you helped win
Positive to have
- Experience with water conservation, health or inclusion projects
