About BergCRM

BergCRM is our in-house customer relationship management (CRM) platform, built on Laravel. It supports core sales operations, including lead and customer management, sales pipelines, activities, and business reporting.

The Role

Were looking for a hands-on Full Stack Developer to own the ongoing development and day-to-day reliability of BergCRM. Youll work across the application—from database and backend logic to frontend workflows and integrations—while helping our sales team resolve issues and get the most out of the platform. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building features, solving practical problems, and taking responsibility for a live product.

What You’ll Do

- Product Development
- Build, improve, and maintain CRM modules, workflows, and user-facing features.
- Develop reliable backend functionality, REST APIs, and integrations with email, calendar, and other business tools.
- Create responsive, intuitive interfaces using the existing frontend stack.
- Develop reporting and analytics features, including dynamic filters, grouping, and data aggregation.
- Write maintainable code and improve application security, performance, and overall quality.
- Platform Ownership & Support
- Investigate bugs, identify root causes, and deliver timely, lasting fixes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot scheduled tasks, queues, background jobs, and database performance.
- Support sales users, explain solutions clearly, and turn recurring issues into product improvements.
- Assist with releases, deployments, backups, updates, and source control practices.
- Maintain technical documentation and practical user guides.




- Proactively identify risks and opportunities to improve platform stability and usability.

What You’ll Bring

- 2–4 years of professional experience developing applications with PHP and Laravel.
- Strong MySQL skills, including joins, complex queries, aggregation, indexing, and query performance optimization.
- Experience building or maintaining a CRM, ERP, or other data-intensive SaaS application.
- Front-end experience with Blade and at least one of Vue.js or Livewire, plus Tailwind CSS.
- Understanding of clean, modular application design, including service layers, repositories, and service providers.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Comfortable using Git/GitHub and working with project tracking tools such as Linear or Jira.
- Ability to take a task from understanding the requirement through implementation, testing, and deployment.

Positive to Have

- Experience with charting libraries, dashboards, or data visualization.
- Familiarity with email systems and related integration protocols.
- Knowledge of multi-tenant applications and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Experience with queue workers, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous processing.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical thinking, debugging skills, and attention to detail.
- A portfolio or GitHub profile showcasing applications you have built and shipped.
