Role Description

We are looking for a versatile Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain web and mobile applications across both front-end and back-end layers, in a remote, full-time capacity. This is a broad role for a builder who is comfortable moving across the whole stack and the whole product: user-facing interfaces, server-side logic and APIs, conversational and AI-powered features including chatbots and voice agents, and mobile applications.

You will build responsive, accessible interfaces, develop secure and scalable back-end services, integrate LLM-powered automation, build AI chatbots and voice agents, ship WhatsApp and messaging integrations, and build and configure mobile applications. You will work closely with product owners, designers, and other engineers to turn ideas into shipped, working products. We care about what you have built and your ability to own a feature end to end.

Key Responsibilities

- Build user-facing interfaces and responsive designs across web and mobile.
- Develop server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database integration that are secure, scalable, and performant.
- Design and build AI chatbots, voice agents, automation workflows, and LLM-powered features.
- Integrate speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and voice channels into conversational products.
- Implement WhatsApp and messaging-platform integrations.
- Build polished, performant user-facing animation.
- Develop, configure, and deploy mobile applications, and integrate them with back-end services.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to refine requirements and deliver high-quality features.




- Review code, improve existing systems, troubleshoot issues, and participate in CI/CD workflows.
- Maintain clean, well-documented code and continuously optimise the technology stack.

Required Qualifications

- Strong full-stack and software development skills, with experience across the entire application lifecycle.
- Front-end expertise, including proficiency with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for building responsive, accessible interfaces.
- Back-end capability, including experience with server-side frameworks, RESTful APIs, and database integration.
- Demonstrable experience building chatbots, voice agents, automation, or LLM-powered features.
- Experience with messaging-platform integrations such as WhatsApp.
- Demonstrable experience developing and shipping mobile applications.
- Familiarity with version control (for example Git), testing practices, and up-to-date workflows such as CI/CD.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative team environment.
