We are looking for Senior Full Stack Engineers (5–10 years experience) with strong expertise in Java-based microservices and React frontend development , to build scalable systems in the international banking domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop full stack applications using Java (Spring Boot microservices) and React
- Build scalable and high-performance distributed systems
- Work on system design, performance tuning, and architectural improvements
- Ensure code quality through best practices in SDLC, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
Required Skills
- 5–10 years of software development experience
- Strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices
- Hands-on experience in React (frontend development)
- Python/TypeScript acceptable for some backend components.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
- CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices (GitOps preferred)
- Solid knowledge of system design, scalability, and performance engineering
- Understanding of database scaling, sharding, and consistency models
- Good grasp of data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis
- Strong communication skills
Good to Have
- Experience in A/B testing and feature flagging
- Exposure to banking or financial domain
