About the Project The selected candidate will work on Rucja, a healthcare technology platform comprising a React-based web application, Flutter-based Doctor and Patient mobile applications, a Node.js backend, MongoDB Atlas, AWS S3 and multiple AI integrations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Developer to take ownership of the existing Rucja platform, maintain production applications, troubleshoot technical issues and develop new features across web, mobile and backend systems.

The candidate must be comfortable working with an existing codebase, independently resolving technical challenges and collaborating directly with management to deliver product improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain and troubleshoot backend services and APIs using Node.js.
- Maintain and enhance the React web application and Next.js public website.
- Maintain Flutter applications for Android and iOS.
- Manage MongoDB databases, queries, schemas and performance.
- Work with AWS S3 and related cloud services for document storage and application support.
- Maintain integrations with OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, xAI Grok and other third-party services.
- Manage authentication, notifications, email services and external API integrations.




- Investigate production issues, optimise application performance and implement security best practices.
- Handle deployments, version control, testing, monitoring and technical documentation.
- Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and maintain documentation for critical application workflows.

Required Skills

- 4–6 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Practical experience with React.js and REST APIs.
- Good understanding of MongoDB and database design.
- Experience maintaining and deploying production applications.
- Familiarity with Git, debugging, authentication and application security.

Preferred Skills

- Flutter and Dart development.
- Next.js.
- AWS, particularly S3, IAM and deployment workflows.
- Integration with LLM APIs such as OpenAI and Claude.
- Experience with healthcare platforms, sensitive documents or patient-facing applications.
- Familiarity with Firebase notifications, CI/CD and automated testing.

Candidate Expectations

- Ability to understand and independently maintain an existing production system.
- Clear communication and disciplined technical documentation.
- Willingness to work full-time from the Gurugram office.

Compensation

Expected CTC: ₹10–14 LPA, depending on experience and technical expertise.

Candidates should share their updated CV, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and details of relevant projects they have developed or maintained.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
