Receptionist – Sales Gallery

EXPERIENCE 2–5 years in premium front-office, luxury hospitality, premium automobile showroom, business centre or high-end real-estate sales gallery

Location : Chinchwad, Pune .

EDUCATION Graduate / diploma in hospitality preferred

LOCATION Golden HQ Sales Gallery / Corporate Office, Pune

Role Mandate

- Own the arrival, registration, coordination and basic comfort of every visitor.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors professionally and understand the purpose of visit without making them repeat information multiple times.
- Ensure accurate visitor registration and prompt notification / handover to the right sales representative.
- Manage reception desk, calls, visitor flow, waiting area and meeting-room coordination.
- Maintain immaculate front-desk presentation and ensure brochures / collateral are available and current.
- Coordinate with hospitality team for beverages and meeting readiness.
- Support event / CP meet / high-profile visitor coordination.




- Maintain confidentiality and qualified etiquette at all times.

Premium Service Readiness – Must Have
- Excellent grooming and communication.
- Warm, confident and composed with HNIs / senior visitors.
- English and Hindi required; Marathi desirable.
- Comfort with basic CRM / visitor registration systems.

Pay: ₹25,800.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
