About the role The client is a fitness studio in Juhu, Mumbai, offering gym and pilates services. We're looking for a front desk skilled with a sales mindset to be the first face of the studio: welcoming members, handling the desk, and converting enquiries into memberships.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk and welcome members and walk-ins
- Understand client needs and explain gym and pilates offerings
- Follow up with leads and drive conversions
- Support basic sales conversations, trials and renewals
- Keep client interactions warm, professional and consistent
Requirements
- Front desk plus sales experience in a service setting (gym, fitness, spa, wellness, salon, beauty, hotel or hospitality)
- Telesales candidates considered if they are confident with face-to-face interactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident and client-friendly
- Comfortable with lead follow-ups and sales conversations
Not a fit: pure customer service profiles without sales experience, or purely corporate front desk backgrounds.
