Role Description The Freight Broker – US Shift & Outbound Sales for AU Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. The role involves sourcing and securing freight loads, negotiating rates with shippers and carriers, and managing end-to-end brokerage operations for US and AU markets. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with customers and carriers, coordinating dispatching activities, and ensuring timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.

The role also requires proactive outbound sales outreach, generating new business opportunities,



and maintaining accurate records in internal systems. Collaboration with internal teams to resolve service issues, monitor load status, and provide regular updates to clients is an essential part of the position.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage, with experience managing loads and negotiating rates.
- Customer Service and Account Management skills to handle client queries, maintain relationships, and support repeat business.
- Experience in Dispatching, including coordinating with carriers and tracking shipments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for US and AU outbound sales and client interaction.
- Proven ability to work in US and/or AU shifts, with strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or freight forwarding is highly beneficial.
- Comfort using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and phone-based sales or support systems.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field is an advantage.
