Hiring: French Language Expert | NIIT | Gurugram

NIIT is looking for a French Language Expert to join our team in Gurugram.

Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end training coordination, including scheduling, learner enrollment, logistics, and training execution.
- Support multilingual training delivery across global regions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, trainers, learners, and internal stakeholders.
- Handle learner communications, queries, and escalations efficiently.
- Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and delivery teams to ensure smooth training operations.
- Manage Learning Management System (LMS) activities, including course setup, enrollments, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare training reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and learner experience.




- Support training delivery across different time zones and international regions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Robust proficiency in French language.
- Experience in training coordination, learning operations, or training administration is preferred.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
