Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries and provide support in French.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Follow quality, language, and compliance standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in French customer support
- Language Proficiency: French C1 level is mandatory




- Preferred: Knowledge of Canadian French

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to ₹9.00 LPA
- Shift: Rotational
- Transportation: Both-side cab facility
