Are you skilled at identifying talent, networking professionally, and connecting with the right people? Neerja Modi School is looking for a proactive Freelance HR & Talent Sourcing Specialist to identify, research, and connect with qualified professionals through LinkedIn and other relevant professional networks to support the school's hiring and staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and source qualified professionals for various roles and staffing requirements at the school.
- Use LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter (if available), and other professional platforms to discover relevant candidates.
- Research professional profiles to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
- Build and maintain a database of potential candidates, industry experts, educators, and other relevant professionals.
- Reach out to prospective candidates through professional messages and initiate conversations about suitable opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate profiles, outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups.




- Coordinate with the school's team to understand recruitment needs, role requirements, and candidate expectations.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future requirements.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and potential matches.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or candidate sourcing.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn and professional networking.
- Excellent research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to identify relevant talent across different qualified fields.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, independent, and results-oriented approach to work.
- Prior experience in education-sector recruitment is an advantage.
