About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and business-oriented FP&A; Manager / Senior Manager to drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role will provide strategic financial insights to support business decisions and help the organization scale in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Planning & Forecasting: Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasting activities. Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives and long-term planning.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and executive summaries. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to provide financial insights and guidance for business initiatives.
- Strategic Decision Support: Support senior management with financial analysis, recommendations,



financial projections, and investor presentations for fundraising activities.
- Process Improvement: Improve FP&A; processes, reporting tools, and financial planning systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or CFA/CPA qualification is an advantage.
- 2–3+ years of experience in FP&A;, finance, or related roles, preferably in a startup or high-growth environment.
- Strong financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis skills.
- Experience with financial planning software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to explain financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
