The Role A full-time, in office Fractional CFO role in Mumbai, working with multiple client businesses on planning, budgeting, reporting, cash flow, profitability and funding, and mentoring their finance teams.

We’re looking for someone who thinks like a partner, not an employee: someone who takes ownership of client outcomes, builds lasting relationships and grows with The CFO Centre.

Compensation

Variable pay model, with earnings that scale with your client portfolio.

What You Bring

- CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent, with CFO or senior finance leadership experience
- Strong skills in financial planning, reporting and analysis
- Commercial judgment, ideally with SME or growth-stage experience
- An entrepreneurial, partner mindset
- Experience in fundraising, including working with investors and lenders
