Job Summary

Mantra Softech is looking for a customer-focused Forward Deployment Engineer to bridge the gap between customers, product teams, and engineering teams. The candidate will be responsible for deploying and integrating technology solutions, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoCs), demonstrating products, and resolving technical issues at customer sites.

The ideal candidate should have experience in customer-facing technical roles, system integration, IoT/connected devices, and technical troubleshooting, along with robust communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and translate business problems into technical solutions.
- Deploy, configure, integrate, and validate IoT and connected-device solutions.
- Conduct PoCs, pilot projects, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
- Coordinate with Hardware, Firmware, Cloud, Mobile, AI, and Product Engineering teams.
- Troubleshoot field issues, perform initial root-cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions.
- Support technical presentations, customer discussions, and pre-sales activities.
- Gather customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation,



deployment reports, and customer training materials.
- Travel to customer locations as required for implementation and support.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in deployment, implementation, system integration, field engineering, or technical solutions.
- Experience in customer-facing or customer-site technical deployments.
- Good understanding of IoT, connected devices, networking, APIs, cloud platforms, and system integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML, computer vision, analytics, or smart-device solutions is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional technical teams and manage customer expectations.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
