ABOUT THE ROLE

Work directly with the Founder and gain hands-on experience in business strategy, operations, fundraising, sales, marketing, partnerships, and project management.

This role is for someone willing to learn, take ownership, coordinate across teams, and handle different business responsibilities.

YOUR 3-YEAR ROADMAP

Year 1 — Learn & Execute

- Work across 3–4 projects and business verticals.
- Learn different business functions and coordinate with teams, clients, and investors.

Year 2 — Own & Manage




- Take responsibility for 1–2 projects or business units.
- Manage execution, teams, targets, and partnerships.

Year 3 — Lead & Scale
- Lead a company, venture, or business vertical, based on performance and business needs.
- Develop the skills required for a CEO, COO, or other CXO-level role.
