Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Food Inventory Coordinator to manage inventory, stock movement, and store operations for our food division. The candidate should have experience in inventory management, inward and outward stock handling, and basic computer applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory records of food items, raw materials, and kitchen supplies.
- Manage inward and outward stock entries and maintain proper documentation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment of supplies.
- Track stock consumption, wastage, and expiry dates.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff, suppliers, and purchase teams.
- Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and food inventory handling.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports using MS Excel.
- Maintain invoices, delivery records, and stock registers.




- Support the smooth functioning of store and kitchen operations.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in food inventory management, storekeeping, or a similar role.
- Experience in a hotel, restaurant, commercial kitchen, or food division is preferred.
- Knowledge of inward and outward stock management and inventory control.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Good documentation, organizational, and record-maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of food storage, stock rotation, and expiry monitoring.
- Ability to coordinate with kitchen staff and suppliers.

Preferred Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Experience in hotel kitchen operations or food store management.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
