Role & responsibilities To manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring productive service delivery, high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction, effective cost and inventory control, and achievement of revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure quality food and beverage service.
- Supervise, guide, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational and service standards.
- Drive the achievement of restaurant revenue and sales targets through effective planning and operational initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract walk-in guests and increase food and beverage sales.
- Monitor customer feedback and take appropriate corrective actions to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, stock levels, daily consumption of raw materials, and usage of restaurant amenities.
- Prepare MIS reports and coordinate with kitchen, stores, finance, and other departments.
- Oversee dining area operations, food and beverage service, and staff deployment to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor service quality,



staff grooming, cleanliness, and overall restaurant presentation.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and other applicable operational standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Qualification in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in F&B; or restaurant operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Good communication, leadership, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and POS systems.
- Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, service standards, and industry best practices.
