Twilite Products (India) is a 60+ year-old food manufacturing company offering a wide range of bakery mixes, dessert mixes, baking aids, herbs and spices. We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our distribution network across Goa.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers and channel partners.
- Expand general trade, modern trade, HORECA and institutional sales.
- Develop relationships with key retailers, wholesalers, hotels, restaurants and bakeries.
- Lead and manage the sales team to improve market coverage and performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and collections.
Requirements
- 13+ years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in packaged foods.
- Strong knowledge of the Goa market and established distributor networks.
- Proven track record in sales growth, distribution expansion and team management.
- Robust leadership, negotiation and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Goa.
