Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior F&B; Controller Manager to oversee financial control, cost management, budgeting, inventory management, and profitability across our outlets and central kitchen operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry, cost control, financial reporting, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor food costs, beverage costs, labour costs, and overall operational expenses.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost reports, P&L; statements, and profitability analysis.
- Track food costing, recipe costing, portion control, wastage, and inventory variance.
- Monitor stock movement, purchase records, vendor invoices, and inter-outlet transfers.
- Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Operations, and Central Kitchen teams.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and investigate stock discrepancies.
- Analyse outlet-wise sales, gross margins, food costs, and operating performance.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.
- Establish and implement SOPs for inventory control, procurement, and cost management.
- Monitor vendor pricing and ensure cost-effective purchasing practices.




- Prepare monthly MIS reports and present key financial insights to management.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of POS sales, stock consumption, and purchase data.
- Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and business expansion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in F&B; cost control, preferably in QSRs, cloud kitchens, restaurants, or multi-outlet food businesses.
- Strong understanding of food costing, inventory management, budgeting, and P&L; analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or inventory management software.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and manage cost control across several outlets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in multi-outlet QSR operations, central kitchens, food procurement, inventory audits, and outlet-level profitability management will be preferred.
