Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Food and Beverage Assistant role based in the Pune District. The Food and Beverage Assistant will support daily restaurant operations, including assisting with food preparation, setting up service areas, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities include taking guest orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring tables are properly set and cleared, and providing responsive, courteous customer service throughout each shift. The role also involves coordinating with kitchen staff,



monitoring stock levels for basic supplies, and following safety and sanitation procedures as outlined by management.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and Food & Beverage handling to support kitchen and service activities.
- Candidates should possess Food Service skills to assist with order taking, serving, and maintaining dining areas.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in food and beverage environments.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Solid attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative approach to working in a team setting.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hotel setting is preferred but not mandatory.
