Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Trade Finance Techno-Functional Consultant with 10+ Years of experience in trade finance platforms and banking solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust techno-functional expertise, experience managing business expectations, and a proven ability to deliver high-quality solutions while adhering to service-level commitments and incident management processes. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support and enhance trade finance operations.

Core Responsibilities

- Business Analysis &
- Configuration

- Translate complex trade finance requirements, including Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, Collections, and Supply Chain Finance, into system configurations and workflows.
- Customization &
- Development
- Design, develop, and customize solutions using Java/J2EE, Spring, SQL databases, SDKs, proprietary scripting, and APIs.
- Integrations &
- Messaging
- Integrate trade finance platforms with core banking systems, risk management applications, and financial messaging standards such as SWIFT and ISO 20022.
- Testing &
- Production Support
- Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
- Incident &
- Service Management
- Ensure compliance with internal SLAs, incident management, and change management processes.
- Stakeholder &




- Vendor Management
- Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors to achieve project and operational objectives.
- Reporting &
- Data Analysis
- Develop, analyse, and support trade finance reports.
- Strong understanding of report data structures, database tables, table relationships, and troubleshooting report-related issues.

- Exposure to SWIFT messaging formats (MT700, MT707, MT760) and ISO 20022 standards.
- Relevant trade finance platform certifications.
