Experience: 2+ Years in Healthcare Financial Counseling or TPA Billing
Key Responsibilities
- Provide price estimates for consultations, implants, braces, and day-care procedures.
- Handle pre-authorizations, verify insurance benefits, and calculate out-of-pocket expenses.
- Guide patients on self-pay plans, medical loans, and EMI options.
- Ensure financial approvals and deposit payments are completed prior to procedures.
- Work with orthopedic doctors and billing teams to update estimates if care plans change.
