Role Description The Financial Controller is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting and financial reporting activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing the month-end and year-end close processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The role involves monitoring cash flows, budgeting, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making and business growth.

The Financial

Controller will implement and maintain robust internal controls, coordinate with external auditors,



and provide detailed financial analysis and insights to leadership. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and maintain accurate, timely financial records.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Accounting and Finance, with demonstrated experience in corporate finance or advisory environments.
- Proficiency in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and managing Financial Reporting processes.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to analyze complex financial data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, and familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CA inter candidates are an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in office in Hyderabad.
- Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, and advanced skills in spreadsheet and presentation tools.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at different levels and explain financial information clearly.
