Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Financial Analyst role based in Jaipur.

The Financial

Analyst will analyze financial and operational data to support capital structuring, performance benchmarking, and financing decisions.

Responsibilities include preparing and interpreting financial statements, building financial models, conducting variance and trend analysis, and supporting financial planning and forecasting activities. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights, preparing reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to the refinement of AI-driven analytics and financial tools.





The Financial

Analyst will also assist in evaluating investment opportunities, risk assessment, and continuous improvement of financial processes and policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to interpret complex data and support decision-making.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Planning and Financial Reporting to build forecasts and prepare accurate, timely reports.
- Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Financial Statements to analyze performance, cash flows, and overall capital health.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with BI tools or data visualization platforms is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are an advantage.
- Strong quantitative, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to present insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment in Jaipur and adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven fintech context.
