Role Summary The Manager Financial Planning will be responsible for firsthand preparation of group financial plan for short, medium and long term in coordination with respective business leaders.

Reporting to: Dy Vice President Business Development & Strategic Planning

Location: Mumbai (Bandra West)

Industry Preference: Open relevant leadership experience & exposure is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and consolidation of the Group's short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial plans in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Develop integrated financial models covering revenue, profitability, cash flow, capital expenditure, funding requirements, and balance sheet projections.

Prepare rolling forecasts and scenario analyses to support business planning and decision-making.

Partner with business leaders, finance teams, and functional heads to gather assumptions, validate projections, and align financial plans with operational realities.

Conduct financial analysis of key business drivers, market trends, economic developments,



and industry benchmarks affecting Group performance.

Prepare financial projections and business cases for recent projects, acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, and strategic investments.

Track and report key financial and operational performance indicators across group entities.

Analyze profitability, cost structures, working capital trends, and cash flow performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of financial data used in planning, forecasting, and decision-making processes.

Collaborate closely with Finance, Treasury, Strategy, Business Units, Investor Relations, Taxation, and Corporate Development teams.

Monitor external economic, regulatory, and industry developments and assess their potential impact on the Group's financial outlook.

Provide analytical support for Board discussions, strategic reviews, and long-range planning exercises.

Assist in developing risk-adjusted financial scenarios and contingency plans to support sustainable growth and resilience.

Candidate Profile

Qualified Chartered Accountant of MBA in Finance from premium institute.

510+ years of experience in related areas.

Experience handling complex, multi-company and diversified business structures.

Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet and digital tools.
