Job Summary

We are looking for a Finance Manager Financial Reporting & Consolidation to manage financial reporting, month-end closing and consolidation activities for MakeO / Toothsi and its group companies. The role will work closely with the Finance leadership team, auditors and finance teams across group entities.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing and reporting.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS and applicable accounting standards.




- Manage consolidation of financial statements for group companies and subsidiaries.
- Prepare consolidation workings, including intercompany eliminations and adjustments.
- Review intercompany balances, loans, receivables, payables, income and expenses.
- Coordinate with finance teams of group entities for timely reporting and reconciliation.
- Prepare management reporting and financial schedules for senior management.
- Manage statutory, internal and other financial audits.
- Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely closure of audit queries.
- Review provisions, accruals, prepaid expenses, fixed assets and other balance sheet schedules.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and strengthen financial controls.
- Support accounting and reporting for acquisitions, investments, restructuring and other group transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve the month-end closing and reporting process.

Candidate Profile

- CA / CA Inter / equivalent qualification.
- 47 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, controllership, consolidation or audit.
- Robust knowledge of Ind AS and financial statement preparation.
- Hands-on experience in group consolidation and intercompany accounting.
- Strong Excel and ERP skills.
- Experience in a startup, D2C, healthcare, consumer or technology business will be preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
