:

- Responsible for Month Closing activities along with Finalization of Accounts of the plant.

- Assisting to Finance Controller for Budget &
- LRP preparation, analysis & control.

- Responsible for preparation & analysis of forecasting, FCF of plant

- Exposure to Business Plans, Program feasibility studies &

- Capex analysis & control

- Responsible for preparation of statutory audit, Internal Audit along with co-ordination & interaction with statutory, tax &

- Internal Auditors of the Company

- Ensure adherence of Legal, Tax (Direct &

- Indirect), Statutory Compliance including documentation and assessments and internal control processes.

- Responsible for Accounting & reporting as per Indian and US GAAP for the plant and ensure adherence to corporate standards, policies relating to finance function.

- The candidate should have exposure to the ERP setting and possess good Excel, Word &

- PowerPoint knowledge

Experience:

- 3-6 Years of Relevant Experience

Qualification:

- Bachelors/masters degree in commerce, MBA Finance

- CA/CMA Inter or Final Completed
