Working Days :- 5 (Alternate saturday will be work from home)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive financial guidance and strategic insights to support informed decision-making to our clients. Your expertise in financial data analysis will be crucial in driving financial performance, identifying opportunities for growth, and optimizing taxation.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work directly with the HNIs PAN india.

Responsibilities :

● Financial Analysis : Coordinate with clients to get financial data for financial planning, budgeting and other critical analysis.

● Performance Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking to evaluate portfolio performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive financial growth and investment expense optimization.

● Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and scenario analysis.

● Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets, financial statements, and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.

● Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and financial statements, highlighting key findings and trends to support decision-making processes.

● Risk Assessment:



Conduct Insurance risk assessments and identify risk mitigation products to safeguard financial assets, comply with regulatory requirements, and ensure personal financial stability.

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments, including finance, operations, sales, and marketing, to gather financial data, align objectives, and drive cross-functional initiatives.

● Client Communication: Coordinate with client and their financial team on a regular basis to ensure data updation and task completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.

● 0-2 years of experience. ● In-depth knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and financial regulations.

● Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.

● Robust business acumen and the ability to understand and align financial goals with overall financial objectives.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

● Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and meeting deadlines.
