Role Summary The Finance & Accounts Executive will own the complete finance and accounting operations of our mobility business. This role will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounting lifecycle, including revenue accounting, receivables, payables, bank reconciliations, vehicle procurement accounting, service and maintenance accounting, compliance support, MIS reporting, and business profitability tracking.

The ideal candidate combines strong accounting fundamentals with an entrepreneurial mindset and is comfortable building processes in a startup-like environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations.
- Handle customer billing, revenue accounting, and revenue recognition.
- Manage Accounts Receivable and drive timely collections.
- Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and General Ledger.
- Perform bank, escrow, and payment gateway reconciliations.
- Account for vehicle procurement, capitalization, and fixed asset management.
- Track maintenance, refurbishment, insurance, and operational expenses.
- Prepare journal entries, accruals, provisions, and reconciliations.
- Drive monthly and annual financial closing processes.




- Prepare P&L; statements, balance sheet schedules, and cash flow reports.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Monitor business profitability across vehicles, locations, and operations.
- Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements are met.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, service, and business teams.
- Support internal audits, statutory audits, and financial reporting requirements.
- Improve finance processes, controls, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure ERP transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

- CA preferred; alternatively B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or controllership roles.
- Experience in automobile, automotive retail, mobility, leasing, rental, fleet, logistics, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong understanding of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and financial controls.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
