About The Role

We are hiring a CA-qualified finance skilled to own core accounting, compliance and control functions for a multi-branch commercial vehicle dealership business in Maharashtra. You will lead the regional finance team and work closely with the Head of Finance and regional leadership.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the general ledger, monthly and annual book closure, P&L; preparation and balance sheet reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely computation, filing and payment of GST, TDS, corporate tax and other statutory dues
- Coordinate internal, external and statutory audits, resolve observations promptly and enforce sound financial controls
- Monitor cash flow, banking, treasury and receivable/payable ageing to maintain healthy liquidity
- Prepare MIS, variance analysis and budget reviews for the Head of Finance and management
- Lead a finance team of 15+ members, including Branch Accountants and Cluster Heads, ensuring clear accountability and timely delivery
- Standardise processes and use automation to reduce manual work and errors
- Visit branches and attend review meetings as required

Requirements

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5–10 years of post-qualification experience
- Experience in the automobile,



retail or service industry (multi-branch exposure preferred)
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial analysis, treasury and audit
- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and proficiency in MS Office
- Proven experience in team handling and driving deliverables
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail
- Fluent in English and Hindi; Marathi is an advantage

Preferred

- Experience in dealership or multi-location finance operations
