Role Description The Finance Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pimpri Chinchwad. The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day financial operations, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing financial reporting, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities.Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, valuation, and scenario analysis.

Conduct equity research on listed/unlisted companies, sectors, and markets to support investment recommendations.Prepare research reports, MIS dashboards, and management presentations.

Perform financial analysis including profitability, variance, and trend analysis. Support budgeting, cash flow planning,



and capital allocation decisions. Collaborate with management to provide insights for strategic and operational growth. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and regulatory frameworks.

The Finance

Executive will analyze financial data to generate insights, support decision-making for management, and contribute to internal controls and process improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, coordination with auditors and external advisors, and timely preparation of management reports will be key aspects of the role.

Location- Hinjewadi, Pune

Salary Range- 3 to 4 LPA

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge and solid Analytical Skills.
- Candidate should have technical skills like Power BI, Advance Excel and Financial modelling
- Candidates should possess experience in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Financial Reporting and compliance with relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulatory requirements.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CFA, ACCA, MBA in Finance) are an advantage.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Pimpri Chinchwad, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong communication skills, ethical conduct, and willingness to adapt in a fast-evolving financial setting.
