Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finacle Automation Engineer to join our Banking Technology team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Finacle testing and test automation , with hands-on experience across core banking modules and a proven track record of delivering high-quality automated testing solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test cases for Finacle 11X Core Banking applications.
- Perform functional and automation testing across:
- CRM Module
- Core Banking Module
- Payments Module
- Validate end-to-end business processes within Assets and Liabilities banking domains.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance automation frameworks using:
- Selenium with Java, or
- Playwright with Node.js
- Execute in-sprint automation testing aligned with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Perform API testing and validation for SOAP and REST-based Finacle services .
- Conduct test data validation and backend verification using SQL .
- Analyze and validate FIXML messages and transaction flows.




- Collaborate closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables.

Mandatory Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in Finacle Testing , preferably Finacle 11X .
- Experience with CRM, Core Banking, and Payments modules.
- Positive understanding of Assets and Liabilities banking concepts.
- Expertise in automation testing using:
- Selenium with Java, or
- Playwright with Node.js
- Working knowledge of FIXML and SQL .
- Experience in API testing for SOAP and REST services.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in Finacle implementation or migration projects .
- Knowledge of Finacle scripting and log validation techniques.
- Exposure to CI/CD practices and automated test execution pipelines.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in Banking QA/Test Automation with significant exposure to Finacle applications.
